Since the establishment of Hong Kong Rope Skipping Assocaition, China (HKRSA) in 1997, HKRSA has been dedicated to promote and develop rope skipping extensively through the schools and communities. In order to promote rope skipping comprehensively and systematically, HKRSA has established a membership system.
