Based on the rules and regulations set up by the World Rope Skipping Association, HKRSA has modified set of rope skipping competition rules which is suitable for Hong Kong competitions. Hope that more people could make rope skipping becoming their habit and interest. Also, to make the Hong Kong people aware of the rope skipping and make this sport much more popular.
