本地及
國際賽事
本會每年均獲康樂及文化事務署贊助，定期舉辦多項跳繩賽事，包括「全港學界跳繩比賽」、「全港分齡跳繩比賽」及「全港精英跳繩比賽」等。這些本地賽事每年均吸引逾千名跳繩運動員踴躍參與，場面盛大。
自2025年起，本會進一步舉辦「香港跳繩邀請錦標賽2025」，作為一項於本地舉行的大型國際賽事。該賽事匯聚來自亞太地區的頂尖跳繩選手，與中國香港代表隊精英同場較勁，不僅促進區域間體育交流，更被視為世界跳繩錦標賽及亞洲跳繩錦標賽的重要前哨戰，為選手提供寶貴的熱身與備戰平台。
在本地賽事之外，本會亦積極參與國際跳繩競技平台。國際跳繩聯合會（IJRU）每兩年舉辦一次「世界跳繩錦標賽」，近兩屆總決賽更獲奧運頻道（Olympic Channel）現場直播，進一步擴大賽事的國際影響力。同時，亞洲跳繩聯合會（AJRU）亦以兩年為週期，輪流於亞洲各地舉辦「亞洲跳繩錦標賽」，為各地運動員提供高水平的交流與競技舞台。

最新指引
國際跳繩聯合會（IJRU）及亞洲跳繩聯合會（AJRU）分別於2025年2月20日及2月3日正式發布最新指引，所有會員（National Governing Body，簡稱NGB）必須確保跳繩運動的發展公平、可信且一致，以保障運動員的安全與權益。詳情可參閱以下三份附件 :

World Rope Skipping Championship is held every two years from July to August in even-numbered years by FISAC - International Rope Skipping Federation, such as Sweden 2016 and Shanghai 2018 World Rope Skipping Championship. In the World Rope Skipping Championships 2018 – Shanghai, our Hong Kong Delegation Team achieved numerous outstanding results, including the historically won the top three places in Overall Results in 15+ Men’ Master Events, and the first time to be ranked in top three and won the Overall Runner-Up in 15+ Men’ Team Events. Our delegation team also achieved excellent results in women’ events and won the Champion in 14- Women’ Team Events in Overall Results. Eventually, our Hong Kong Delegation Team won 88 medals in total on this international stage. The countries and regions participated in the past including: Belgium, Australia, the United States, Germany, China, Hong Kong etc. The World Rope Skipping Championships is included 3 Championships, i) World Championships, ii) Junior World Championships, iii) International Open Tournament. Our Hong Kong Rope Skipping Delegation Team participated in the 5th World Rope Skipping Championship in 2004 for the first time in Australia. HKRSA has sent delegation team to compete for the world’s highest honour for 8 times.
