Hong Kong Elite Rope Skipping Championships cum Hong Kong Delegation Team Selection is an annual rope skipping Sports Event in Hong Kong. The purpose of the competition is to provide an opportunity to the rope skippers and improve their rope skipping skills via competing in the Championships. Also, to create a platform for the general public to know more about rope skipping and its health benefits. The Championships include Individual Event, Team Event and Demo Cup, it is competing on the speed and skills of rope skipping, rope skippers’ endurance and their teamwork.

Hong Kong Elite Rope Skipping Championships 2022 cum Hong Kong Delegation Team Selection

​

Regarding the epidemic and government policies, to protect the health and safety of all participants, we have decided to postpone the Elite championships 2022 and modify the events, and change it to online competition. The changes are as follows:

​

Events: Individual events, team events, and Double Dutch Contest
Application Deadline: March 18, 2022
Date of submission of competition videos: April 25, 2022
Details will be announced later.

Hong Kong Elite Rope Skipping Championships 2020 cum Hong Kong Delegation Selection —— POSTPONE Arrangement

 

Regarding the widespread of COVID-19, the International Jump Rope Union (IJRU) has announced to postpone the upcoming IJRU 2020 World Championships to the year of 2021. As health and safety are our prime concerns, HKRSA has further reviewed and decided to postpone the Hong Kong Elite Rope Skipping Championships 2020 cum Hong Kong Delegation Selection until further notice. 
 
HKRSA will keep an eye on the situation of the infectious diseases and the latest news of IJRU World Championships. Please pay attention to the latest news released by HKRSA regarding the refund of the application fees and the arrangement of the championships postponement.
